Question 1

Who does ReplyRafter serve, and what does the service do?

Accepted Answer

ReplyRafter serves small U.S. home-service businesses, including cleaning companies, landscapers, pressure-washing businesses, auto detailers, and other home-service providers. It is a human-managed, AI-assisted service that organizes inquiry details, statuses, and agreed next steps, assists with repetitive administrative work, and prepares follow-up drafts. The goal is to help owners keep activity easier to manage; specific sales or business results are not promised.

Question 2

How does owner-approved follow-up and inquiry handoff work?

Accepted Answer

Your business and ReplyRafter agree on an authorized way to share inquiry information, which statuses to use, what message content applies, and who has permission to review or use drafts. A person manages the work while AI assists with organization and drafting. You review and approve the wording, then decide whether and how to use each draft. Approval alone does not trigger a send, and ReplyRafter does not send prospect messages automatically. ReplyRafter does not promise CRM, email, SMS, calendar, or other external-service integrations or automatic data sync. Access to an external account or communication method requires separate explicit approval; ReplyRafter does not request or accept account credentials.

Question 3

What do appointment reminders do?

Accepted Answer

Appointment reminders are recorded action reminders for appointment inquiries and agreed follow-up steps, based on details your business provides. They keep the next action visible to the service operator. They do not book or confirm appointments, sync a calendar, or automatically notify your customers.

Question 4

What is included in the monthly activity report?

Accepted Answer

The report summarizes saved records for the month, such as inquiries received, handling history, follow-up drafts and client reviews, recorded outcomes, and items needing attention. It reports recorded activity only: it does not guarantee additional sales, attribute business outcomes to ReplyRafter, or forecast results.
